Five reasons why the Pacific North West is better than Utah.

1. Green.
Green grass, green trees, and green bushes.

2. Green Lights.
a. Left turn signals that go before the main traffic in your direction.
b. Green lights based on who gets to the intersection first.

3. Fog.
Fog > smog.

4. Traffic.
Not the fact that traffic is much worse in Washington (it's real traffic), but the fact that when you are in traffic people are courteous. It might sound crazy, but people actually let you merge in this state. Also, yellow lights here aren't seen as a second green light.

5. Recycling.
